- Postponement of Board Meeting
This is with reference to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and earlier communications of the Company with respect to holding of Board Meeting to consider, approve and take on record an un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2022. The Company had informed vide letter dated November 30, 2022 that the Board Meeting shall be held on Wednesday 7, 2022 for considering the aforesaid matter, but due to unavoidable circumstances, the Meeting of Board of Directors stands postponed. The date of the meeting to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Six Months ended on 30th September 2022 shall be intimated separately. In accordance with the applicable Regulations of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Officers, Designated Employees and Connected Persons, till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Quarter and Six Months ended on 30th September 2022.
