Cazaly Resources Limited (ASX: CAZ, 'Cazaly' or 'the Company') is very pleased to announce that Ms Tara French commences today as the new Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of the Company.

As previously announced on 19 April 2021, Ms French will initially be engaged as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) before transitioning to Managing Director (MD) following the successful completion of 3-month hand-over period.

Ms Tara French is a geologist with 24 years mining and exploration experience and was most recently the General Manager of Exploration for Regis Resources Limited where she had been employed for 14 years and played a key role in the transition and growth of Regis over that time. Tara has also held positions with Nickel Australia (now Azure Minerals), WMC (Central Norseman Gold Mines), and Placer Dome and has multiple commodity experience including gold, nickel and copper, in project evaluation, resource estimation, open cut and underground mining. Tara holds an honours degree in Economic Metalliferous Geology and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Clive Jones will remain as an Executive Director of the Company whilst Nathan McMahon will become a Non-executive Director

HALLS CREEK PROJECT

Drilling at the Halls Creek Copper Project is completed with all RC samples sent to the laboratory for analysis. Diamond core is currently being processed and will be sent to the laboratory as soon as possible. In all a total of eight reverse circulation (RC) drillholes and one diamond core hole were drilled. The drill programme was successful in identifying potential mineralisation and the Company will provide further details once all assays have been received. The planned electromagnetic (EM) survey has been deferred due to circumstances out of Cazaly's control including delays on other projects and crew breaks.
