VOTING RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF CEMENTIR HOLDING NV HELD ON 22 APRIL 2024
As of 25 March 2024 - the record date for the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Cementir Holding N.V. (the "Company") held on 22 April 2024 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, no, 159,120,000 common shares were issued. Common shares are listed, freely transferable and each of them confers the right to cast one vote. At that date the Company held no, 3,600,000 common shares. No vote may be cast on shares belonging to the Company or to a subsidiary thereof or on shares in respect of which either of them holds the depositary receipts.
As of 25 March 2024, the total number of voting rights which could be cast at the AGM was equal to 155,520,000.
