CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. Announces Executive Changes, Effective October 1, 2020

On August 20, 2020, CEMEX, S.A.B. de C.V. announced to the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) that Jaime Gerardo Elizondo Chapa, current CEMEX Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain Development, has decided to retire from CEMEX effective as of October 1, 2020. Juan Romero Torres, current CEMEX Executive Vice President of Sustainability, Commercial and Operations Development, will assume the Global Supply Chain Development functions at CEMEX effective as of October 1, 2020.
