NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Changan Minsheng APLL Logistics Co., Ltd. (the "Company") announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at Conference Room, No.1881 Jinkai Road, Yubei District, Chongqing, the People's Republic of China (the "PRC") on 30 March 2020 (Monday) for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the audited consolidated annual results of the Company and its subsidiary for the period ended 31 December 2019, approving the publication of an announcement in relation thereto and considering the recommendation of final dividend, if any, and transacting any other business.
