Chicony Power Technology Co., Ltd. announced the resignation of Lee, Ming-Shan as juristic-person supervisor. Reason for the change is present directors and supervisors (4th) of the Company were elected at shareholders' meeting on June 15, 2015 for a term of office of three years and the term of office will expire on June 14, 2018.
Chicony Power Technology Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of power supplies, electronic components and consumer electronic products. The main products include power supplies for desktop personal computers, power supplies for game consoles, power supplies for laptops, power supplies for set top boxes, cloud server power systems, light-emitting diode (LED) automotive lighting products and drive power modules, laser printer power supplies, inkjet printer power supplies, Internet of Things (IoT) power supplies and battery charging devices, as well as intelligent building systems, environmental control integrated systems, energy management systems and image recognition systems. The Company is also engaged in the provision of consulting, planning, design, system integration, procurement, construction and maintenance services for intelligent building systems. The Company operates in domestic market and to overseas markets.
