China 33 Media Group Limited announced that the group is expected to record a loss for the nine months ended 30 September 2015. The loss was mainly attributable to the drop in revenue. Reasons contributing to the reduction in revenue include: (i) termination of advertisings on some loss making railway stations for a magazine (City Life) and billboards and LEDS installed at certain selected train stations; (ii) no customer placing advertising on air traffic control towers at airports this year; and (iii) cessation of a periodical (Shanghai Railway) since September 2014.
