CleanSpark, Inc. announced that Larry McNeill, who has served as a director of the company since January 5, 2015, has been appointed as the new CleanSpark Chairman of the Board. Mr. McNeill succeeds S. Matthew Schultz who served as interim Chairman of the Board from July 11, 2017 to September 14, 2017 following the resignation of Bruce Lybbert. Mr. Schultz continues in his role as Chief Executive Officer and director. Most recently, Mr. McNeill served as the chief financial officer of Theater Candy Corporation and
