Vermelde beurstransacties werden uitgevoerd conform de machtiging die de buitengewone algemene vergadering van 12 mei 2009 hiervoor verleende aan de raad van bestuur.
Ingevolge vermelde transacties bedraagt het totaal aantal eigen aandelen in portefeuille van de vennootschap 500.000 aandelen.Vermelde informatie zal vanaf heden eveneens terug te vinden zijn op de CMB website ( www.cmb.be), onder de hoofding
