The Management Board of Colian Holding S.A. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") pursuant to art.
160 sec. 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments and §3 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on transferring and disclosing information on certain transactions in financial instruments and on the principles of compiling and maintaining a list of individuals with access to specific confidential information hereby informs that on 23 July 2015 the Company received from the President of the Management Board of the Company Jan Kolański a notification on the acquisition of 14 800 shares of the Company at an average price of PLN 4.12 per share on 22 July 2015.
