Collection House Limited announced that it has completed a restructure aimed at driving further efficiencies and improving the company's profitability over the medium to long term. The restructure incorporates a flatter management structure where operational heads work more closely with the CEO and also sees the Company ceasing its Newcastle operations. The result of the restructure the Company will book $1.1 million one off costs as a Significant Item in the first half. The estimated first half net profit after tax for 2016 is now expected to be $8.3 million compared to $11.2 million first half last year.

The company confirms that full year 2016 guidance remains unchanged.
