NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), in compliance with the provisions of CVM resolutions and in continuity with the Material Fact of March 1, 2023 and the Notice to the Market of March 14, 2024, informs its shareholders, investors and the market at large that the 1st Federal Regional Court ("TRF1") sent to the Federal Justice Council ("CJF"), the list of writs of payment (precatórios) for inclusion in the budget of the Federal Government for the 2025 fiscal year, of the value of BRL 3,979.3 million, arising from original lawsuit No. 0008066-96.1994.4.01.3400 and the enforcement of sentence No. 1074228- 74.2022.4.01.3400, both from the 21st Federal Civil Court of the Judicial Section of the Federal District.
Notwithstanding the sending of the aforementioned list of writs of payment, the Company will monitor its effective inclusion in the budget of the Federal Government.
The Company will keep the market informed about the progress of this process.
