ANNOUNCEMENT SIGNING OF THREE NEW MAJOR CONTRACTS IN THE US

Corinth Pipeworks S.A. announces the signing of three major contracts of 163.000 tons in total, for the supply, the coating and the lining of steel pipes for the construction of pipelines in the US.

The third contract has been signed with Kinder Morgan CO2 Company, L.P., which is part of the Kinder Morgan family of companies, comprising the largest midstream and the third largest energy company in North America. The "Lobos CO2 project" is a C02 pipeline that will transport carbon dioxide from Apache County, Ariz., to Torrance County, New Mexico.
Corinth Pipeworks continues its strong presence in the energy market of the US, where it has realized projects of more than 3.500Km during the last ten years and successfully faces strong international competition relying on quality, long experience and continuous innovation and investments. All the above, establish Corinth Pipeworks, as one of the top pipe suppliers in this highly demanding market.
