FLEETCOR® BOARD MEMBER ARCHIE L. JONES, JR. NAMED A MOST INFLUENTIAL BLACK CORPORATE DIRECTOR

ATLANTA - Nov. 9, 2021 - FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FLT) board member Archie L. Jones, Jr. recently landed on Savoy magazine's list of 2021 Most Influential Black Corporate Directors. Jones joins a prestigious group of executives, influencers, and achievers active on the boards of the world's leading public corporations and organizations, including Shawn "JAY-Z" Carter (Square), Shaquille O'Neal (Papa John's International), Serena Williams (Momentive & Poshmark) and Oprah Winfrey (WW International).

A member of the FLEETCOR board since fall of 2020, Jones is a Managing Director of Six Pillars Partners, a private equity firm investing in high-growth companies, and a Professor at Harvard Business School, where he teaches Entrepreneurial Management and Finance to MBA students. Previously, Jones held executive positions at private equity, public, and private companies including NOWaccount Network Corporation, IBM, Kenexa (NYSE: KNXA) and Parthenon Capital. Jones also serves on the Board of Directors of several corporations and non-profits. Archie is a Certified Public Accountant and is a graduate of Morehouse College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
