Croatia osiguranje d.d. announced at the 39th General Assembly was held on April 22, 2014 at which the new members of the company's Supervisory Board were elected. Mr. Ante Vlahoviæ, the President of the Management Board of Adris grupa, was elected President of the Supervisory Board, whereas Mladen Blaževiæ became the Vice President. Prof. dr. Josip Tica, Plinio Cuccurin, Branko Zec, Roberto Škopac and Miroslav Hrašæanec (representative of the employees) were elected as members of the Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board also appointed the new company's Management Board consisting of: Sanel Volarle, Nikola Mišetiæ and Andrej Koštomaj. The former President of the management Board Krešimir Starèeviæ as well as the member of the Management Board Ivan Fabijanèiæ are leaving the company based on the mutually agreed contract termination. Sanel Volarle, graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb, where he also acquired a post-graduate degree with the thesis on "Project Office influence on the competitiveness of insurance companies".

At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing he also acquired the post-graduate degree in information science. He gathered business experience in Privredna banka Zagreb and Allianz ZB d.o.o. Andrej Koštomaj, graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb and acquired a post-graduate degree at the London Business School. Nikola Mišetiæ, finished both graduate and post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb and acquired his MBA at the prestigious Na INSEAD in France.

He has been holding the position of the executive director of research division at Adris grupa since 2011.
