Please be informed that the Articles of Association of De' Longhi S.p.A. showing the amendments to Articles 5-bis,5-quarter and 7 approved by the aforementioned Annual General Meeting, recorded in the Register of Companies of Treviso-Belluno on the same date of May 2, 2024, were made available to the public today on the aforementioned 1Info authorised storage mechanism.
