Red Dirt Metals Limited announced the appointment of Jeremy Sinclair and Daniel Taylor, two highly respected mining executives to lead the accelerated development of the Company's Mt Ida Lithium Project. Mr. Jeremy Sinclair joins as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and subject to final investment decision and regulatory approval, will be responsible for delivering exports of direct shipping ore (DSO) and then spodumene concentrates from the Mt Ida Lithium Project. He brings 28 years of experience commissioning many mining projects throughout Western Australia.

Jeremy has significant experience in executing green-fields mining operations and pit-to-port logistics solutions. Most recently Jeremy led a mine start-up in the mid-west, utilising road trains for transport to Geraldton Port for export. In his role as COO, Mr. Sinclair will lead all elements of the Company's feasibility studies, environmental approvals, process engineering and design, mine execution, commissioning and ramp up.

He brings production experience in a range of commodities including lithium, gold and iron ore. Jeremy will commence with the Company on 19 December 2022. Mr. Daniel Taylor joins the Company as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will lead the delivery of key customer relationships, offtake agreements and market leading product strategies.

He brings 25 years of experience in all facets of product marketing, customer related financing, ocean freight and product logistics. His global experience extends across operations including Europe and Asia in multiple commodities including lithium, graphite, iron ore, salt and industrial minerals. In addition to product marketing Mr. Taylor will play a key role supporting project financing, feasibility studies and process engineering outcomes.

Mr. Taylor has played a key role in several significant industry transactions in recent years and will contribute to ongoing business development activities. Daniel commenced his employment with the Company effective 21 November 2022. Jeremy has held senior roles with CuFe Ltd, Atlas Iron, Battery Minerals, Rio Tinto, Golder Associates, Worsley Alumina and Kalgoorlie Consolidated Gold Mines.

Mr. Taylor graduated with a Bachelor of Business from Edith Cowan University in 1998 and a graduate certificate in Applied Finance and Project Investment at the Financial Services Institute of Australia in 2003. Daniel is a proven senior international sales, marketing and business development executive with 25 years' experience across iron ore, industrial minerals and energy storage (graphite and lithium). He has substantial capability is sales, marketing and shipping functions for multiple businesses in the resources sector encompassing the following elements: sales, shipping, offshore stockpile sales and warehousing, sales administration, technical and market analysis from pre-feasibility through to the operational phase.

Daniel brings an extensive senior network and genuine market development and joint-venture experience across China, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Africa, Europe, South America and India spanning the industrial minerals, iron ore, energy storage and chemical sectors. In addition, Daniel has also been active in negotiating and securing offtake-related project finance and has held senior roles with Rio Tinto, Anglo American, Atlas Iron, Hancock Prospecting, Roy Hill and Equinox Resources.
