DP World Limited Appoints Russell Will as Independent Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee with Effect from August 11, 2014

DP World Limited announced that Mark Russell will join the Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee with effect from August 11, 2014. Mr. Russell is a Non-Executive Director of London and Continental Railways Limited and Eurostar International Limited, and Chairman of Eurostar's Audit Committee. He is also Chief Executive of the Shareholder Executive in the UK.

Mr. Russell will replace retired director David Williams who served as an Independent Non-Executive Director until April 28, 2014.
