Proposed Adjournment of General Meeting and Annual General Meeting

easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, announces its inten on, following the recent closure of Somerset House consistent with Government guidance on measures to be taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to adjourn the General Mee ng and Annual General Mee ng due to be held there on 25 March 2020.

It is intended that the General Mee ng and Annual General Mee ng will be opened and immediately adjourned to be held at the later mes of 11.00am and 11.15am respec vely on 25 March 2020 at easyHotel plc, 52 Grosvenor Gardens, London SW1W 0AU.

Shareholders are urged not to try to a end the mee ngs at Somerset House as the building is closed and they will not be able to gain access.
