Ebara Jitsugyo Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6328) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 100,000 shares, representing 1.52% of its share capital, at ¥2,000 per share for ¥200 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of February 29, 2020, the company had 6,592,133 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 122,867 shares in treasury.
EBARA JITSUGYO CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based manufacturing company operating in three business segments. The Environment segment is engaged in the manufacturing and sale of ozone densitometers, ozone application equipment, deodorization equipment, anti infectious disease measures, fish farm-related equipment and waste sorting equipment, among others. The Water Treatment segment is engaged in the design and construction of water supply facilities and sewerage facilities, as well as the provision of industrial waste water treatment services.
