Ecobank Transnational Incorporated's notification on release of its 2024 Unaudited First Quarter Results

Lomé, April 24, 2024 -We write to advise the Nigerian Exchange Limited ("NGX"), shareholders of Ecobank Transnational Incorporated ("ETI") and all stakeholders that ETI's First Quarter Unaudited Accounts ("Unaudited Accounts") will be published no later than 30 May 2024.

The Unaudited Accounts will be published after publication of the ETI Audited Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 ("the Audited Accounts") which are awaiting regulatory approval relating to the component audit of a material subsidiary.
