EcoGreen International Group Limited announced that Dr. Lin David Ying Tsung was redesignated as executive director on 28 March 2018. On the same date, he was resigned as an independent non-executive director, and a member of each of the remuneration committee, the audit committee and the nomination committee of the Company.
