Elana Agrocredit AD notifies that on 17 October 2023, the company sold all treasury shares held, namely 199,386 shares or 0.5443% of its capital, at the total price of BGN 201,379.86.
The sale was performed through two transactions, each at BGN 1.01 BGN per share.
The treasury shares are sold by the company in order not to be annulled following Art. 187a (5) of the Commerce Act and with a view to the impending expiry of the 3-year term under Art. 187a (4) of the Commerce Act.
