Subject: Resignation and Appointment of Directors

Electricity Generating Public Company Limited ("EGCO") would like to inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET") that the Board of Directors in the meeting No. 12/2020 held on September 17, 2020 passed the resolutions regarding the resignation and appointment of directors with effect on October 1, 2020:

1. That the Board of Directors noted the resignation of the following directors from their directorship of the Board and membership of the sub-committees:

• Mr. Patana Sangsriroujana from a director, a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and a member of the Risk Oversight Committee;
• Mr. Wisak Watanasap from a director and a member of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee.

1. That Ms. Choosri Kietkajornkul was appointed as a new director to succeed Mr. Patana Sangsriroujana.
   As such, for the new director to succeed Mr. Wisak Watanasap, EGCO will inform the SET after the completion of the director appointment.
2. That the membership of the sub-committees was changed as follows:

• Ms. Choosri Kietkajornkul was appointed as a member of the Investment Committee.
• Mr. Roengchai Khongthong was appointed as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Risk Oversight Committee.
