EMGS ASA Announces Resignation of Christiaan Vermeijden as CEO

The Board of Directors of EMGS ASA announced that Christiaan Vermeijden has decided to resign from his position as CEO due to personal reasons. Mr. Vermeijden will step down as CEO per December 31, 2018. He has held the position of CEO since February 2016.
