Equitrans Midstream Corporation announced that Phillip D. Swisher, Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company, will resign from the company for personal reasons, effective as of July 31, 2019. Mr. Swisher will also resign as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of EQGP Services, LLC effective as of July 31, 2019.
