NEW SHAREHOLDERS JOIN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

 

 

Following the change in EUROSIC's capital on June 15, the Board of Directors of the company met today to change its composition. Have been co-opted as directors:

  • Monroe represented by Mr. Charles Ruggieri
  • Prédica represented by Mrs. Françoise Debrus
  • ACM Vie represented by Mr. François Morrisson
  • MMA Vie represented by Mr. Philippe Narzul
  • PHRV represented by Mr. François Thomazeau

 

After this change, the Board of Directors consists of 11 members, including 5 independent members:

  • Mr. Gérard Aubert, Chairman of the Investment Committee
  • Ms. Marie-Françoise Dubail, Chairman of the Appointments and Compensation Committee
  • Generali Vie represented by Mr. Philippe Depoux, Chairman of the Committee on Sustainable Development
  • Mr. Alfonso Munk
  • Mr. Jean-Paul Sorand, Chairman of the Audit Committee

 

M. Jean-Eric Vimont has been confirmed as Chairman and CEO of the company.
