In April 2024, the U.S. International Trade Administration (ITA) announced several antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) determinations as well as investigation initiations. Details on these cases, including affected HTS numbers, can be found in the official notices linked below.
A Final determination for antidumping duty was published for:
Boltless steel shelving from India, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam).
Final determinations for antidumping duty and countervailing duty were published for:
Antidumping duty investigations of brass rod from Brazil, India, Mexico, South Africa, and the Republic of Korea (Korea). Countervailing duty investigation of brass rod from
Antidumping duty and countervailing duty investigations of non-refillable steel cylinders from
A preliminary determination for antidumping duty was published for:
aluminum lithographic printing plates from the People's Republic of China (China) and Japan.
The following antidumping and countervailing investigations have been initiated:
Antidumping duty investigations of dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) from Malaysia, Poland, Taiwan, and Türkiye.
Antidumping duty and countervailing duty investigations of ferrosilicon from Brazil, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and the Russian Federation (Russia).
Antidumping duty investigations of certain epoxy resins (epoxy resins) from the People's Republic of China (China), India, the Republic of Korea (Korea), Taiwan, and Thailand, and countervailing duty investigations of epoxy resins from China, India, Korea, and Taiwan.
Antidumping duty and Countervailing duty investigations of 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic Acid (2,4-D) from the People's Republic of China (China) and India.
