F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. announced that it expects to receive $250 million in funding from Fidelity National Financial, Inc.

F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. announced that it has entered into a purchase agreement for the gross proceeds of $250 million on November 13, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Fidelity National Financial, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in late 2023 or early 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
