Fiberhome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600498) agreed to acquire an additional 2.522% stake in Chengdu Datang Communication Cable, Co. Ltd. from 47 individuals for CNY 7.4 million on December 5, 2018. In a related transaction, Fiberhome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. will acquire the additional 46.48% stake in Chengdu Datang Communication Cable, Co. Ltd. After the transactions, Chengdu Datang Communication Cable, Co. Ltd. will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Fiberhome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. For the year ended December 31, 2017, Chengdu Datang Communication Cable, Co. Ltd. had total assets of CNY 446.4 million, net assets of CNY 256.2 million, revenue of CNY 649.5 million and net profit of CNY 47.2 million. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of Fiberhome Telecommunication Technologies Co., Ltd. on December 5, 2018.
