FitLife Brands, Inc. announced Mr. Michael Abrams' notification of his desire to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective February 15, 2019, unless his employment is earlier terminated. Mr. Abrams indicated that his intent to resign from his position was based on his desire to pursue other interests, and is not due to any disagreements with respect to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
FitLife Brands, Inc. is a developer and marketer proprietary nutritional supplements and wellness products for health-conscious consumers. It markets approximately 300 different products primarily online, through domestic and international GNC franchise locations as well as through more than 17,000 additional domestic retail locations.
