APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR FOR INDIRECT WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd., in its capacity as manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust ("FCT" and as manager of FCT, the "Manager") wishes to announce that Mr Paul Gerald Lincoln, Insolvency Practitioner of Ernst & Young Ltd Mauritius of 9th Floor NeXTeracom Tower 1 Cybercity, Ebene Mauritius, has been appointed as liquidator for the shareholder's voluntary winding up of ARMF (Mauritius) Limited ("ARMF(M)"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of FCT incorporated in the Republic of Mauritius.

ARMF(M) is being wound up as it is no longer active in carrying out its business activity.

The winding up of ARMF(M) is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets or distributions per unit of FCT and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 30 September 2022.
