Actividades de Construccion y Servicios SA said Tuesday that it has obtained regulatory approvals and closed the sale of its photovoltaic energy projects in Spain to Galp Energia SGPS SA.

The Spanish construction-and-infrastructure company said the deal includes projects already in operation as well as those that are scheduled to be operating between 2020 and 2023, for a total installed capacity of 2.9 gigawatts.

The total value of the deal is expected to be around 2.2 billion euros ($2.61 billion), ACS said.
