Globe Life Inc.'s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (Annual Meeting) will be held in a virtual meeting format, via live audio webcast at 10:00am, Central Daylight Time, on Thursday, April 25, 2024. The Annual Meeting will be conducted using Robert's Rules of Order and Globe Life Inc.'s Shareholders' Rights Policy.
