Li Yin completed the acquisition of Honor Crest Holdings Limited from Goldstream Investment Limited.

Li Yin entered into the share purchase agreement to acquire Honor Crest Holdings Limited from Goldstream Investment Limited (SEHK:1328) for approximately HKD 220 million on December 22, 2021. The transaction is subject to approval by board of directors and shareholders of Goldstream Investment Limited. As of March 15, 2022, the transaction was approved by the shareholders of Goldstream Investment Limited.

Li Yin completed the acquisition of Honor Crest Holdings Limited from Goldstream Investment Limited (SEHK:1328) on March 22, 2022. All of the conditions precedent under the Share Purchase Agreement to the Disposal have been fulfilled.
