Ecopetrol announced the results of eeb shares' trading process

Bogotá, D.C., 24 July 2015.Today, ECOPETROL S.A. announced to the market the results of the first stage shares sale process of the stock (6,87%) it holds in Empresa de Energía de Bogotá S.A. E.S.P (EEB), parent company of Grupo Energía de Bogotá.
