Bogotá, D.C., 24 July 2015.Today, ECOPETROL S.A. announced to the market the results of the first stage shares sale process of the stock (6,87%) it holds in Empresa de Energía de Bogotá S.A. E.S.P (EEB), parent company of Grupo Energía de Bogotá.
