The Board of Directors of GS Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Lim Chee San ("Mr Lim") as Independent Director, Chairman of Remuneration Committee and a member of Audit and Risk Committee and Nominating Committee of the Company with effect from 17 October 2022.
