On September 14, 2020, Hexion Inc. issued a news release announcing the return
of Craig Rogerson, President and Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"), from medical
leave, effective September 14, 2020. George Knight, who served as Acting CEO
since March 29, 2020, continues in his previous role as Executive Vice President
and Chief Financial Officer. A copy of the News Release is furnished as Exhibit
99.1 to this current report.
