Hugo Boss recorded sales of 1,014 ME in the 1st quarter, up 5% on the same period a year earlier.

At the same time, the fashion group posted EBIT of 69 ME (up 6%), while net profit attributable to the Group stood at 38 ME (+9%), giving EPS of 0.55 euro (+9%).

Hugo Boss confirms its forecasts for 2024, with sales expected to rise by 3% to 6% (or between E4.3 and E4.45 billion), EBIT up by 5% to 15% (or between E430 and E475 million), and net profit also up by 5% to 15%.

"I am pleased that we recorded further improvements in sales and earnings in the first quarter of 2024," commented Daniel Grieder, Chairman and CEO of HUGO BOSS.

"In a volatile market environment, we remain focused on the rigorous execution of our 'CLAIM 5' strategy, capitalizing on our many growth opportunities," he added.
