This brochure provides some key information about Huntsman's safety and security policies. However, if you have any questions not specifically addressed here, please ask your Huntsman host.

Since your safety is very important to us, we request your compliance with the following safety and security policies:

Our office is located at America Free Zone, please go to building E-21, and call to your host.

Prior to entry in the work area, you are required to register your name and time of entry. At the conclusion of each visit, please make sure to sign out in the visitor log at the reception desk located in the front lobby.

Your Huntsman Host must escort you from the reception area. You must stay with your host unless given permission to go unescorted to other areas within the site.

Fires, Spills, Injuries, or any type of emergency, must be reported to your Huntsman host immediately.

All personnel who are at Huntsman Costa Rica, must carry the ID card in a visible place (Associates, contractors and visitors).

Throughout the office you will find many safety signs in Spanish, which must be always adhered to. Example: Salida de Emergencia, which means "Emergency Exit".

Smoking, firearms, and illegal drugs are not permitted on the Huntsman Costa Rica site nor Free Zone area.

We have medical facility on site, along with emergency team members to assist you.

Dress code: business casual.

Steps to follow during an emergency evacuation

When hearing any emergency alarm, everyone must go (walking) to the meeting point outside the building.

Stay calm and pay attention to the roll call. Here, you will get the instructions about the emergency and if the evacuation is necessary. Don't worry, our Brigades members will act immediately to control the emergency and will guide you to the Assembly point outside of building.

Wait instructions, until you are cleared to return to the building or directed to leave the site.
