ICADE PROMOTION COMPLETES 163 SOCIAL HOUSING UNITS IN RÉUNION
Icade Promotion completes 163 social housing units in Sainte-Marie de La Réunion (Réunion Island), the first phase of the "Berges de Flacourt" project.
A liveable neighbourhood that is both diverse and inclusive
"Les Berges de Flacourt", developed alongside Immoplus Promotion for the semi-public company Sodiac, will eventually comprise 220 social housing units in the centre of Sainte-Marie, part of which are earmarked for seniors. The housing units will be divided among eight buildings with a total floor area of 12,500 sq.m for a total investment of €30 million.
Designed by architectural firm MTA & C Architectes, this NF Habitat-certifiedeco-district offers future residents a fine balance between buildings and riverside green spaces.
The project also promotes inclusion, having already generated over 13,000 hours of professional integration, with priority given to local workers.
