NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR ID LOGISTICS ITALY

ID Logistics, a leading contract logistics group in France and internationally, announces the appointment of Emanuele Puglia as Managing Director of its Italian subsidiary.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of contract logistics, Emanuele Puglia's mission is to create and drive a solid growth dynamic in Italy, relying on both customers and the subsidiary's offer, as well as on the definition of strategic action plans aimed at penetrating new market segments. It also aims to establish and sustain a culture of operational excellence at the service of customers. He reports directly to Christophe Satin, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the ID Logistics Group.

Emanuele Puglia, 41, holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Design and Management from IML Paris (International Institute for the Management of Logistics).

Emanuele started his professional career in 2007 as Logistic and R&D Engineer at SDA Express Courier. In 2009, Emanuele joined Geodis Italy Contract Logistics branch where he held the position of Business Development Manager.

After a short experience at CEVA Logistics Italy as Head of Consumer and Retail Business Development, Emanuele joined GXO in 2016 covering various role first as Head of National and Multichannel Business Development, then as Director of Real Estate, Research, Development and finally as Director of Business Development for Italy and Switzerland.
