Appointment of Impel S.A. Board Member

The Management Board of Impel S.A. reports that on 28 March 2017, the Supervisory Board of the Company appointed Mr Mirosław Greber as Board Member of Impel S.A. as of 1 April 2017.

Mr Mirosław Greber graduated from Law and Administration Department at the University of Wrocław. He received the title of attorney at law (radca prawny) at the District Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wałbrzych. In 2012, he received the title of Advocate. He has long experience in management: in 1997-2011, the President of Management Board of the Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone in Wałbrzych. Successful years, during which he attracted to the Wałbrzych SEZ investments from Japan, South Korea, Germany and other countries, accounting to PLN 12 billion. This Special Economic Zone was considered by Financial Times to be the best in Poland, third in Europe and 17th in the word in 2010. From 2012, he cooperated with Impel Group: first as the President of general partner of Impel Monitoring Sp. z o.o. S. K, and from 2014 as the President of Management Board of Impel Security Polska Sp. z o. o., being responsible for the entire area of security. In 2016, he was a Board Member of Votum S.A., as a commercial manager. In February 2017, he returned to Impel Group as Commercial Director of Impel Group. In 2012, he received the Knight's Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta.

Mr Mirosław Greber works for Impel S.A. and is not involved in any other competitive activities, he is not a partner of a competitive partnership or board member of a competitive joint-stock company and is not engaged in any competitive legal entity as its board member. Mr Mirosław Greber is not registered with the register of insolvent debtors pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
