GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Please be advised that the 26TH Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Innscor Africa Limited was held at Royal Harare Golf Club, 5th Street Extension, Harare on Friday, 9 December 2022, at 08:15 AM, where after consideration by Shareholders the resolutions tabulated below were put to the vote as follows:-

	Directors and Auditors and the Corporate Governance Report.
2	RE-ELECTION OF DIRECTOR RETIRING BY ROTATION
	Approval of the re - election of Mr T. N. Sibanda.	Passed
3	RE-ELECTION OF DIRECTOR RETIRING BY ROTATION
	Approval of the re - election of Mrs D. K. Shinya.	Passed
4	DIRECTORS FEES
	Approval of Directors' fees for the financial year ended 30 June 2022.	Passed
5	REMUNERATION OF THE AUDITORS FOR THE PAST AUDIT
