Intermonte Partners SIM S.p.A. (BIT:INT) commences share repurchases on July 3, 2023, under the program mandated by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on April 21, 2023. As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 3.75% of its own shares. The price to be paid for the share should not be lower than the minimum 10% and higher than maximum 10% of the price recorded in the market session of the day preceding each individual operation.

The authorization is valid for 18 months.
