Subject : Notification of the issuance of unsubordinated and unsecured debentures

The Stock Exchange of Thailand

IRPC Public Company Limited ("the Company")'s Board of Directors' Meeting held on 13 February 2018, and the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 4 April 2018 which had resolved the approval of the Company' s fund raising plan for a 5- year period ( 2018 - 2022) in the amount of or equivalent to Baht 50,000 million. The remaining balance of the proceeds for the year 2020 - 2022 is approximately Baht 28,435 million.

The Company is pleased to inform that on 11 September 2020, the Company has completed fund raising from the issuance of unsubordinated and unsecured debentures No. 1/ 2020 in the total amount of Baht 12,000 million which are under Baht 28,000 million Medium - Term Note Program (MTN Program) in order to be used for refinancing and/ or working capital and/ or capital expenditure. The debentures are offered to Individual Investors in the amount of Baht 6,000 million and to the Institutional Investors and/ or High Net Worth Investors in the amount of Baht 6,000 million. The details of the debenture' s allotment in 5 tranches are as follows:

Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited, Kasikornbank Public Company Limited, Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, TMB Bank Public Company Limited, CIMB Thai Bank Public Company Limited and Kiatnakin Phatra Securities Public Company Limited were appointed as the arrangers and Kasikornbank Public Company Limited was appointed as a debenture holder representative and a registrar of debentures.
