J Trust Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended December 31, 2018. For the period, the company reported operating revenue of JPY 55,173 million against JPY 56,963 million a year ago. Operating loss was JPY 29,770 million against profit of JPY 3,504 million a year ago. Loss was JPY 33,285 million against profit of JPY 16 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was JPY 318.07 compared to JPY 0.20 a year ago.
The company provided consolidated earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2019. For the year, the company expects operating revenue of JPY 75,441 million, operating loss of JPY 32,745 million and basic loss per share of JPY 352.80.
