2. Reason of Determination

Our basic policy for profit distribution is to pay dividends in line with business performance for each fiscal year, based on a target consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30%.

Based on this policy, the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, will be 175 yen per share, an increase of 50 yen from the most recent dividend forecast.

Therefore, the annual dividend for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, including the interim dividend, will be 300 yen per share.
