Kayac Inc. (TSE:3904) signed an agreement to acquire 76.9% stake in Real Inamura Estate Co., Ltd. from Takeyuki Fujii and others for ¥46 million April 20, 2017. Kayac will acquire 320 shares from existing shareholders and subscribe to the third-party allocation of 80 shares by Real Inamura Estate. As a result, Kayac will acquire 400 shares of Real Inamura Estate. On completion, Real Inamura Estate will become a subsidiary of KAYAC Inc. During the period ended October 2016, Real Inamura Estate reported net liabilities of ¥0.33 million, total assets of ¥47.75 million, sales of ¥144.4 million, operating loss of ¥4.88 million and net loss of ¥5.04 million. The deal is expected to close on May 1, 2017.
KAYAC Inc. is a Japan-based company primarily engaged in the provision of internet services. The Company provides four types of services: client work, which involves in the production of advertisement contents on internet for enterprise clients; social game services, which provides social games used as native applications on smart phones; Lobi, which involves in the development and operation of smart phone-specific game community, as well as other services, which involves in the development, operation and sale of originality-focused internet services.
