On November 20, 2019, Kearny Financial Corp.'s Board of Directors announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share to stockholders of record as of December 6, 2019, payable on December 20, 2019. This represents an increase of $0.01 from the prior quarter's dividend of $0.06 per share.

A copy of the press release, dated November 20, 2019, announcing the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
